Points are based on a percentage of your order.
All points are calculated directly within the checkout system and you may check your points balance at any time by logging in.

You must register AND login in order to earn points as the system must have a username in order to create and track your balance.

Earn points for every $ you spend on our store*! Good to apply towards discounts for future purchases. A way for us to say "Thank You" to our repeat customers!

Q: What is the redemption value of the points?
A: Rewards Points value is at a rate of 100 points equal $1!

Q: How do I earn reward points?
A: Purchases of toys or toy parts kits*, Games, Contests, Surveys, Refer A Friend, Submit Articles, Submit Pics (Your Parrot playing with Featherwings Toys)

Q: How do I know how many points I have?
A: Log into your account
You should see in the welcome message, how many you have
Alternatively, you can click on modify profile and you will see the total points you have left at the top.

Q: Do I have to create an account to collect points?
A: Yes. In order to track how many points you earn and spend, I need for you to have an account. See the Featherwings Privacy Policy on how I use your personal information.
You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.

Q: How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
A: Log into your account then Add items to your cart
Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
Click "Submit Order"
If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
Note that on our store, if you cannot collect points for that product, then you also cannot pay for that product with points. Examples are Special Ordered Custom Designs, Specially Marked "Sonic Sales" Discounted Items, Postal Insurance, Shipping, etc.

Q: How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
A: Log into your account
Click on "Orders History". Select which order you want to look up. There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount

PREMIUM MEMBERS:
Premium Members will receive DOUBLE BONUS POINTS per dollar spent. The extra bonus points will be added to the account shortly after order is complete.
Premium members are those customers who make at least one purchase of $50 or more every two months, over a minimum of a current six month period.

* A few products are not eligible for collecting points. Some that are not eligible are special ordered custom designs, specially marked "sonic sales" discounted items, contest winnings, shipping, etc. See product details for the product you are interested in to see the # of points you will receive!

Note: The fine print
Points may be used as a cash-equivalent during checkout, however, points in and of themselves have no cash-out value and may only be used when making a purchase. Points are not earned on and may not be used towards S&H costs. If a coupon or special discount is used, points are awarded on the discounted amount of purchase.

Legal Terms:
The current and future plans are to run the Frequent Buyer Rewards Points Plan without interruption. If deemed necessary to discontinue, the company owner does however, reserve the legal right of cancellation of said plan. Announcements and notice would be given well in advance if this was to occur. All points earned would be honored for approx. 60 days after plan discontinues (or longer if so noted). Featherwings reserves the right to change any information about and or conditions of this special at any time. .
