Q. What are the shipping methods?
A. We ship Priority Mail with delivery confirmation included to U.S. customers. Global Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or Letter Post (if under 4 lbs) to Canadian customers.
Q. What are the payment methods you accept?
A. We prefer Money Orders or PayPal. In addition, we do accept personal checks from U.S. buyers. There is a 10 business day hold on all personal check orders.
Q. Can you add package insurance for your purchase?
A. Yes. U.S. Buyers may add insurance. However, UPSP International shipping does not allow for insurance.
To add insurance for your package, simply add the Insurance Item located under the category "Misc." We can't be held responsible for lost or damaged packages due to third party mishandling during shipping. We do include delivery confirmation for each package.
Q. How long will it be before my package is shipped?
A. I do not mass produce any toys, only to have them sit on some shelf or wall collecting dust! I believe that every bird should have the freshest and most unique toy possible. You will notice immediately the difference in quality! A few customers have noted that "fresh off the saw table smell". All toys are hand crafted upon payment of the order. Loving care goes into each toy, colors are vibrant and only the highest quality parts are used.
Every toy is handcrafted upon payment of the order. All orders are made and shipped in the order that payment was received. Some toys take an only an hour to make, most take more. So, depending upon your order and the number of orders that were paid for before yours, the expected shipping date may vary. If rush order is needed, please contact me.
Depending upon the complexity of your order, the number of orders placed before the receipt of your payment, etc can all play an important role in the production schedule. In most cases, production will only be 3-5 business days. If an unforseen delay occurs, and your package is not shipped within the 3-10 business day allowance, you will receive a Thank you gift for your patience. This may seem long, but I take pride in every toy I make. Your parrot will appreciate the loving care and high quality of these toys.
You may at any time request a status of your order. I will always be happy to give you the exact stage of production for your order, and an expected completetion date.
